A Break in Front of the Camera

After a long day at work, I came home and left behind the exhaustion of routine. Looking to relax, I sat down in front of the computer and turned on the webcam, observing my reflection on the screen. The feeling of being there, disconnected from the world but connected to myself, allowed me to release tension little by little. Between deep breaths and the dim light of the monitor, I found an escape at that moment, a necessary pause before moving on.
