All Doctors have at least one patient who is constantly making appointments and asking for tests. Mila is one such patient. Doctor Stern explains that the latest bout of tests has shown nothing to be amiss, but she is just not satisfied. The Doctor suggests perhaps a medical examination may get to the bottom of this and calls for the Nurse. When Nurse Groper arrives Mila refuses to be examined and is very rude to the nurse. When the Doctor hears this, she is most cross and makes Mila apologise before tawsing her bottom and giving her the cane. Maybe this harsh punishment will solve her medical woes

In looking through your notes, there's not really anything that I can see that could
be causing any kind of medical problems.
But, I mean, obviously, you know, you must have something there.
The only thing I can suggest perhaps is that if we gave you a kind of a full on examination,
a full medical examination, would that work for you?
